• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 70% refund
• Separately disclosed non-refundable tickets or supplier costs may be deducted.
• Mandatory consumer rights prevail.

If a change during the tour is clearly explained and voluntarily agreed, a simple change of order, timing or schedule is not automatically a refund reason.
